Saskatchewan Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall resigns from House of Commons

Cathay Wagantall, a politician from Saskatchewan, has quit her job in the House of Commons. She is the tenth Member of Parliament to resign this year, which means there will be more special elections to fill these empty seats.
