Carney to address EU Parliament in push to grow non-U.S. ties

Carney will speak to the European Parliament to help Canada build stronger relationships with countries other than the U.S. This move comes after U.S. President Donald Trump repeated his view that the U.S. doesn't need anything from Canada. It shows Canada is looking to expand its partnerships.
